Bio: I've been fishing since I was a young girl, firstly with a float, then I turned my hand to 'ledgering' for tench and eventually onto Carp. I had no-one to take me, and so I walked around my village pond, pestering anglers to teach me what they knew, nowadays i learn from YouTube videos and social media. Away from Carp fishing, in the real world, I work for the Environment Agency, a job I thoroughly enjoy. I'm relatively new into the role, having spent ten years at sea with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary as a Marine Engineer.
Hometown: Fareham, Hampshire
Personal Best: 27lb 10oz Mirror from Burghfield's Gold Lake, and my French PB is again a Mirror, weighing in at 42lb 04oz.
Favourite RAD Product: Has to be my Pod for the sheer ease, being so light, and not to mention sleek.
Favourite Venue: A local farm called Carron Row, it has five small lakes, all of which are no more than an acre, it's like fishing in a puddle some might say, but the Specien lake is very challenging, and they are all individual and very pretty. I've fished them since I was a young girl and so I truly love it there.
